Insight

With over 20 years of experience teaching and supporting children and young people across primary and secondary education, in both state and independent schools, I have developed extensive insight into specific learning differences (SpLDs) and the concerns they can raise for families.

Understanding

As a specialist literacy support teacher and qualified dyslexia assessor, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of learners, supporting them to recognise their strengths, understand their challenges, and access appropriate support.

Child-centred

Drawing on my professional experience and my perspective as a parent, I provide an empathetic and supportive service that places the child at the heart of the assessment process.

...To Promote Potential

Tailored assessment

Every assessment is tailored to the individual learner. Reports are carefully written to provide a clear and accurate picture of each young person's strengths, needs, and unique learning profile.

Meaningful outcomes

I believe that an assessment should do more than identify areas of difficulty. It should provide practical recommendations and strategies that help families, schools, and learners work together effectively and confidently.

Build confidence

Inspired by my creative background in art education, I am passionate about helping learners with dyslexia recognise their strengths, build self-confidence, and access the support they need to thrive throughout their educational journey.
